Plz Dont miss the first fifteen minutes of the movie.That is the best portion among the whole package i should say.

The story line starts with the clash between vaishnavas and shivas. it is an incident that took place in the 12th century during the period of kulothunga chozha. Here comes the charcter 'Nambi'. Man !!! no other avatar of kamal has impressed as nambi did ;-) ... the set looks real. it will sure drive the audience to the ancient age itself. Hats off to cinematographer Ravivarman. 'kallai mattum kandal' song with such visual effect is really awesome.



Rest of the story line revolves around how the scientist kamal 'govind' invent a dreadful element, later realising its consequence trying to destroy it but the american govt not granting him the permission... so he escapes from the laboratory with his invention but the white american Fletcher tip toed him all the way...the element was parceled to an incorrect address in india... An old hag ( very much similar to 'avvai shanmugi' kamal) receives that parcel unknowingly she puts that element into a Vishnu idol... How govind kamal along with asin recapturing that parcel and destroying it ??? How fletcher kamal induces problem to the scientist... like that story revolves...Other avatars of kamal just come and go and are of not much importance... George W. bush character is cool i think that is the only character that had good make up cast... Tsunami at the climax is also a clever work, interesting to watch...

First time asin plays a dual role in the movie. She comes as a grand daughter to the old hag and also as the wife of 'Nambi' character. Mallika sherawat is really hot, she comes as a translator to the villan kamal. Napolean as Kulothunga chozha is really an artistic performance. Jaya prada comes as the wife of punjabi kamal. Back ground music by devi sri prasad is descent enough to have some feel. Among the songs 'Mukutha Mukuntha' is melodious and humming ...final song 'ulaganayagane' (all 10 avatars appears in this song) scores good beat.

Overall i can say it's a good movie to watch. But something is missing in the movie. I wonder how kamal included lotz of masala ingredients in his movie. Rare to see such things in kamal's film. But may be the high budget would have made him to do so. An usual story line with much hype and sure a mega visual treat is "Dasavatharam". i would give 8 out of 10 for kamal's 10 avatars ;-)

NBA 2008 Finals game 2 result

Celtics proved what they are capable of ??? they are the real champions !!!!Celtics defeated Lakers in game 2 of the NBA finals.... scores 108-102 .... Leon powe showed a majestic show by scoring 21 points for his team ....What a man he was ??? A man with golden arm and immense stud... he dominated through out the game.... Lakers not able to control the thrash battling Leon....

Portugal Vs Turkey at Euro 2008

Finally the star studded match full filling the expectations of man has arrived .. Portugal one of the Favorite team to reach finals made a comfortable win against Turkey in the 2nd match of Euro 2008.... Pepe and Raul Meireles scored each at the second half.... Christiano Ronaldo as usual showed his elite skills... it's an easy win for portugal they are now at the top in the table points among group A....

its an amazing week for FIFA lovers...

Czech republic beat switzerland 1-0 in the 1st Group A league match !!! At the 71 st min sverkos scores the goal for Czech... Swiss is unlucky as there are so many half chances that didn't turn their way... its really a good match to watch ;-);-) very close one... at last the best deserves...

The first match of  Euro cup 2008  was between  Czech republic vs Switzerland... its actually a close encounter ;-) where the former Czech republic sverkos scored the very first goal of the tournament ;-);-) sverkos received a special prize of golf shoes from the hands of maradona...

For the 4th consecutive year nadal reaches finals of the french open.... in the semis he beat Djokovic at straight sets.... on the other hand Federer worries continues in clay court ....though he beat Monfils in semis its not a comfortable win....
